| Founded in late 2002 by a working architectural technologist, Chris Nugent and his Adaptive Design Team have built a growing reputation for broad technical knowledge, quality construction documentation & outstanding service in the field of residential design. Much like an architectural firm, we run a satellite office where our staff of designers is made up of degree or diploma holding architectural technologists and draftspeople. After six years of successful practice entrenched in everything from extensive decks and additions to new homes, multi-dwellings and underground shelters, the odds are we've handled a project just like yours and can deliver unique, technical solutions to manage your project.
With the addition of a new partner and additional design & drafting staff, we've broadened the size & complexity of the projects we're taking on as well as expanded our area of practice. Current projects underway include several single family homes, numerous extensive renovations, Infill / Carriage Housing and several multi-phase, multi-use land developments. |
