- Simply put, our goal is to educate. It became clear from it’s beginnings that Green OASIS could become more than an organization for students in the Architecture and Building Engineering Program at BCIT. We quickly realized that most of our teachers were students of sustainability and green building as well. Heck most people in the industry still are students like our teachers and us. Our goal is to use our energy as young students to proliferate sustainable thinking and education at BCIT and beyond , through education on and off campus. To seek out, attend, and hold public lectures on green building, architecture, urban planning and sustainability issues in general....
