Our Process:
- Get to know you, your family, lifestyle, activities, priorities, goals and budget
- Visit site to determine view, solar orientation, wind, acoustics, privacy, context and much more
- Determine city constraints such as boundary setbacks, height limits, floor space ratio, building envelope and more
- Discuss your requirements including your budget in detail
- Form the design concept. Prepare rough sketches to show layout, circulation, and site orientation
- Discuss further with you to reach a preliminary design
- Prepare the working drawings for building permit application and ultimately construction.
